In your photo delivery email, you also received a one-time use coupon code for the specific number of digital files and prints included with your package. This code will allow you to "purchase" the items included in your package at no cost at checkout.
Though it is a simple process, I've put together this step-by-step guide in case you get stuck along the way. It is helpful to remember that you are essentially purchasing your digital images, so you are going through an online checkout process. When you apply your coupon code at checkout, it will remove the cost of any items in your cart included in your package.

Getting Started
1. You can purchase additional images outside of your package directly from your gallery. SEE STEP 3 for details on purchasing your entire gallery of digital images. If purchasing all of the digital files you will not need to use the code and the code will not work.
3. Downloaded files will not have any watermarks on them.
4. Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no refunds once you have completed your order.
5. Your custom coupon code can only be used ONE TIME and for the full amount of images. All items included in your package MUST be added to your cart and purchased at the same time. For example: if you select 12 images, but your package and code are for 25, you cannot go back later and use the same code for the remaining photos. The code will have expired.

Hover over the image you'd like to download and a set of buttons will appear in the bottom right corner. Select the cart button.
step 01.
For digital files, select 'DIGITAL' as shown. You will see the item 'SINGLE PHOTO DOWNLOAD (ORIGINAL).' Add individual digital images to your cart this way.
SEE STEP 3 for instructions on how to purchase your complete gallery of high resolution digital images.
step 02.
To purchase your complete gallery of images, add the item 'Entire Gallery Download (High Resolution)' to your cart. It will appear in your cart as a single item, but it will be all of your pictures.
After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your gallery directly to your computer.
*If purchasing all of the digital files the coupon code provided in your gallery delivery email will not work. Have another coupon code for % off? Add it in the next step.

When your order is complete, click ‘View Cart’ to checkout.
Look for 'Apply a coupon' just above your item list. Enter in the coupon provided to you and hit apply.
Remember you can only use your custom coupon code one time. Double check your cart for accuracy.

After applying the coupon, the price for the individual digital files included in your package will appear as $0.00.
If there are other items in your cart not included in your package, their price will appear in your order total.

After you inputting your billing and shipping details, you'll see shipping methods. If you are only checking out with your digital downloads, shipping is free, and you will receive a link to download your images via email upon purchase within a few minutes.
For prints, shipping cost is controlled by the print labs and start at $7.25 for UPS/FedEx Trackable and delivered within 5-10 days.

Place your order!
For digital downloads, you will receive an email with a link to download your high-resolution images directly to your computer.
For prints, your order will be processed and shipped to you. You will receive order updates to the email address you provided at checkout.
